March 25 - 28, 2010 - Palustris Festival - At the Rooster's Wife House. Named after the Latin name for the longleaf pine, the Palustris Festival is designed to celebrate the visual, literary and performing arts. The Festival will showcase what makes our area unique and special: artists, musicians, and writers we produce locally and attract from all over the world, a variety of art galleries, the natural beauty of the area, deep-rooted history, world-famous golf, fine hotels & resorts, excellent restaurants, boutique retail shops and much more. With over 75 events scheduled during the 4-day event, many of them free and open to the public, the Palustris Festival promises to offer something for everyone!
