July 3, 2010 - Aberdeen July 4th Celebration - Aberdeen Parks and Recreation Departemnt's Fun Family Fourth event is on Saturday, July 3rd. Live music, pony rides, food vendors, games, bouncy castles, vendors and fireworks. Activities begin at 5:30 pm and the fireworks at 9:15 pm. Bring folding chairs. US Hwy 1, Aberdeen,NC. July 4, 2010 - Freedom Fest at The Rock - Freedom Fest at The Rock, Rockingham Dragway. Featuring music, dragsters, funny cars, fireworks and more. July 3, 5 p.m.-12 a.m. $4-$8. For more information call: (910) 997-3111, ext. 13.

July 4, 2010 - Ft. Bragg 4th of July Celebration - The independence Day Celebration is held on July 4th and attracts over 50,000 people every year. The celebration includes rides, food and craft vendors, a flag ceremony, freefall demonstrations, live entertainment, and a huge fireworks show. Operation Celebrate Freedom IV on Parade Field, Ft. July 4, 2010 - Pinehurst July 4th Celebration and Fireworks - Begins at 5pm. Come join the festivities on the Fourth! Fun and games for all ages, pony rides, Sparky and friends and more to delight the young and old. The Vision Band will perform at 6pm. Food and beverages will be available by local caterers, or you may bring your own picnic. Don't forget your lawn chairs and blankets. The fireworks will begin at 9:15pm at the 1 Mile Track. July 4, 2010 - Carthage 4th of July Parade - Annual parade in Carthage with floats, cars, bands, ROTC, Marine Color Guard and more. Free! Begins at 11am. For more info call (910) 947-2331.

July 12, 2010 - SCC Jazz Band Outdoor Concert - 6:30pm. Free. Bring a lawn chair and picnic if you wish. In the event of rain, concert moves to Owens Auditorium on the SCC campus. July 17, 2010 - Peach Festival - The event begins with a parade at 10 am.
