Art Council of Moore County: Campbell House - Located at 482 E. Connecticut Avenue in Southern Pines, Campbell House Galleries is home to the Visual Arts Program of the Arts Council of Moore County. Each month, ACMC offers a new exhibit in the Feature Galleries, showcasing artwork from local, regional and national artists. The gallery is open Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. and every 3rd weekend of the month, from 2 to 4 p.m. Admission is free and tours are available.

Ruth Pauley Lecture Series - The series brings to Moore County highly qualified speakers, debaters and discussion leaders to present objective and varied points of view on important issues. The Ruth Pauley Lecture Series offers at least one annual critical study of a local, state, national or world issue of concern to the citizens of Moore County. House in the Horseshoe - Alton House - Relive Revolutionary War days that left bullet holes throughout the home of Whig Colonel Phillip Alston.
